A leading FMCG company is looking for a Senior Key Account Executive to manage key accounts under the Modern Trade channel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across Modern Trade channel.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key account buyers and partners.
- Act as the primary liaison between key account buyers and internal teams to ensure alignment on sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external finance, sales, logistics, marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless account operations.
- Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue and expense targets within budget.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews for management and key customers.
- Plan and execute planogram to strengthen brand visibility and products awareness
- Provide direction to salespeople, ensure each salespeople execute according to the plan.
- Provide market insights and understand competitor's activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Work well among internal departments (finance, sales team, operations, marketing, and team members) to ensure operations work smoothly.
- Plan local and outstation market visits to monitor execution by salespeople and gather market feedback.
Requirements:
- 2 -3 years experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
- Familiar with listing procedures, trading terms, and trade promo requirements.
- Experienced dealing directly with retail buyers.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
