Senior Key Account Executive

We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive with solid event operations experience, strong client skills, and hands-on experience dealing with event suppliers and equipment vendors.

This position reports to: General Manager

Office based in the area of: Seri Kembangan/Balakong/Cheras Trader Square.

Vehicle is required, consistent travelling to meet clients and site visits for setups.

Job Description:

- Be the main point of contact for key clients and build strong, long-term relationships

- Manage and execute events from briefing, planning, on-site coordination to post-event wrap-up

- Coordinate closely with equipment and service suppliers (AV, staging, lighting, printing, logistics, etc.)

-Source, brief, negotiate, and manage vendors to ensure quality, timelines, and cost efficiency

Work with internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery

- Ensure event timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track

- Handle on-site operations and troubleshoot issues calmly and professionally

- Update event progress, reports, and documentation using digital systems

- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and add value for clients

Requirements:

- 34 years of experience in event execution / event operations

- Proven experience dealing with event equipment and service suppliers/vendors

- Confident in managing clients, suppliers, and multiple projects at once

- Pleasant, optimistic, and professional attitude

- A strong team player who can also work independently

- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

- Comfortable using digital tools, systems, and basic reporting platforms

Language Skills:

- Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Malay

- Written: English & Malay (Chinese is an added advantage)

- 5-day work week

- Normal office hours (flexibility required during event days)
