We're looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to lead projects end-to-end — from concept to completion — while managing clients, teams, and project delivery.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead landscape planning, design concepts, and thematic direction
- Oversee Design Development (DD) and technical drawings
- Produce detailed specifications and tender documentation
- Prepare cost estimates and secure client budget sign-offs
- Manage project execution and site progress
- Handle billings, invoicing, and stage-based delivery targets
- Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring strong relationships
- Coordinate across consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Provide on-site technical solutions and resolve project challenges
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior and executive team members
- Collaborate with drafting teams on construction & working drawings
Requirements
- Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Proven experience in landscape architecture design + project delivery
- Strong ability in client servicing and stakeholder management
- Solid technical knowledge in DD, construction detailing & specifications
- Commercial awareness — able to manage budgets and billing cycles
- Leadership capability with experience managing teams
- Comfortable being both hands-on in design AND accountable for results
- Fast & Efficient in Autocad and relevant software
