The Senior Lead Engineer will contribute to the architecture, design, and optimization of innovative solutions for the HealthTech, Industrial, Smart Energy, Aerospace and Capital Equipment segments.
In this role, the Senior Lead Engineer will play a pivotal role with cross functional engineering teams, project leadership and customers to ensure solutions meet the highest industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:
Product Design and Development
- Leads the FPGA architecture, design and implementation of technical solutions in multiple market segments that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to develop world class products in highly regulated markets.
- Familiar with HDL / IP development processes & workflows to realize an FPGA solution on a product/system level.
- With the relevant technical competencies, lead and execute product realization from conceptual stages all the way thru manufacturing transition.
- Able to support the development of technical proposals for customers, providing technical solutions to realize concepts and estimating associated labor and material costs required.

Technical Competencies:
- Experience working with AMD / Xilinx FPGA, Altera FPGA, Lattice CPLD/FPGA design tools (eg. ISE, Vivado, Quartus, Modelsim, & etc.).
- In depth knowledge with HDL & logic design such as VHDL, Verilog, and System Verilog.
- Good experience in handling CDC and timing closure.
- Familiar with various high-speed interfaces / protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, USB, DDR, LVDS, SERDES, etc. and low speed interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, etc.
Experience in the following is an added advantage:
- Board level controller circuit design that covers CPU / MPU / MCU / FPGA / GPU
- SI & PI simulation and validation
- Proficient with schematic & layout design tools (OrCAD, Cadence Concept/Allegro, Altium Designer)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years of direct working experience in product design within a multi-disciplinary environment, having completed multiple product development cycles.
- PHD applicants with a lesser amount of years in industry experience will be considered.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, ability to work with an international team.
- Good team work attitude, collaboration and communication skills.
- Business travel possible (including overseas travel).
