Senior Learning Development/ Training & Development
Work Mode:- Hybrid Mode
Basic Salary Range: RM 4,500 - RM 8,000 (Open for salary discussion)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing L&D program's design, implementation and delivery.
- Collaborate with departments to understand specific skill gaps, assess to identify the needs of individuals and teams.
- Conduct assessments of training requirements to identify steps needed for
- Enhancing both employee job performance and overall company efficacy.
- Participate in performance appraisal/IDP, collecting feedback in practice and continuously optimize the process.
- Research industry trends and practices to ensure the learning materials are updated and effective.
- Prepare and report to leadership on the training activities, including key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Multi-tasking of other HR & Administrative work.
Requirements:
Must have
- Minimum Diploma qualification or above. Fluent in English, Chinese, and Malay (verbal, written, and reading)
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Learning and Development or a similar HR role.
- Great interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, strong sense of ownership.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Value added with HRIS & LMS experience & EMBA knowledge.
- Learning Management System exp or Corporate certified background
