Position : SeniorLeasing Manager (Permanent)
Job Location : Jalan Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Ideal Talent : Chinese speaking + Leasing experience in Mall industry. Experience in branded/luxury
tenants generation / sizable Mall are added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients (mall tenants) to achieve occupancy targets
- Conduct property tours, provide detailed information on available spaces and amenities
- Evaluate lease applications, ensure compliance with leasing policies and conduct credit checks when necessary
- Prepare and execute leasing documents, including lease agreements, addendums, and related paperwork
- Maintain accurate records of lease transactions, tenant details, and other relevant information
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor activities
- Monitor and enforce lease terms, including rent collection and lease renewals
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma / Cert in Business, Real Estate or related field
- > 5 years of experience in Leasing / Sales / Business Development within any Branded Retail / Mall / Retail Property industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent services
- Result-driven & capable of meeting sales targets
