Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage teaching across face-to-face, online, or hybrid formats.
- Design curriculum, lesson plans, learning materials, and student activities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and update the LMS.
- Supervise research projects and placements, and mentor junior lecturers.
- Collaborate with academic teams and external partners to ensure quality and relevance.
- Prepare and moderate examination papers, assignments, and course performance reports.
- Participate in programme reviews, accreditation preparation, and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Engage in student support activities and contribute to recruitment efforts.
Skills & Requirements
Senior Lecturer
- PhD in IT, Computer Science, AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or related field.
- Fresh PhD graduates are welcome.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred; industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong research, academic writing, and communication skills.
Lecturer
- MBA in IT, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
