Key Responsibilities
- Advising banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers on corporate lending, syndicated loans, and acquisition finance transactions
- Handling project finance and structured finance mandates across the region
- Advising on green, sustainability-linked, and Islamic finance transactions
- Assisting with debt capital markets work including MTN programmes, bond issuances, and sukuk
- Drafting and negotiating finance documents, managing transaction workstreams, and coordinating with foreign counsel on cross-border deals
Key Requirements
- 2–6 years PQE with solid Banking & Finance experience from a well-regarded law firm
- Strong technical grounding across lending, secured transactions, or capital markets
- Able to manage transaction workstreams independently and work well with clients
