Senior Legal Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Legal Executive located in Petaling Jaya. The Senior Legal Executive will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and handling legal disputes. Daily tasks include conducting legal research, managing legal documentation, liaising with external legal counsel, and advising management on legal matters. The role also involves ensuring that the companys operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Legal expertise in drafting and reviewing contracts, and handling legal disputes
• Experience in providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Excellent skills in legal research and documentation management
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with external legal counsel and advise management
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Law (LLB) and admission to the Malaysian Bar
• 5+ years of experience in a similar legal role
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
