Senior Legal Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation/evaluation of the company's foreign-related contracts, and participate in the negotiation of major contracts.
• Participate in the handling of company's foreign-related disputes and disputes, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company.
• Control the case risk, escalate major contracts and litigation cases (limited to contracts as well as cases that have a significant impact on the company's assets, liabilities, rights and interests and operating results) to the International Legal Department at headquarters;
• Participate in the construction and improvement of the company's legal risk control system;
• Responsible for the company's labor legal affairs support;
• Responsible for communication and liaison with local lawyers;
• Seal management, internal legal training and other matters.

Qualifications:

• Familiar with Malaysian laws and regulations on manufacturing, civil business, construction, intellectual property, labor and employment law, occupational safety and health, social security, etc.
• More than 10 years of Experience in local litigation and arbitration cases and legal affairs 
• Understanding of compliance and risk management system basics.
• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in law related disciplines
• Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.(Need report to the high management of HQ in China)
• Passing the Malay Law Examination (MYCLP) is preferred.
