Job Description

Job Description:

  • Develop transportation and linehaul strategies to improve network efficiency, capacity, and service performance.
  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity improvement, and service excellence.
  • Drive end-to-end projects to optimize routing, truck utilization, transit time, and transportation planning across the network.
  • Lead continuous improvement and operational transformation initiatives to build a smarter, more efficient logistics network.
  • Partner closely with First Mile, Sorting Centers, Last Mile, Planning, Commercial, Finance, and Product teams to solve complex business challenges.
  • Ensure transportation readiness and capacity planning for major campaigns and business growth.
  • 🉠Build performance dashboards and monitor key operational KPIs to drive data-driven decision making.
  • We're Looking For

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Transportation, Linehaul, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Excellence, Network Planning, or Strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving operational improvements.
  • Good stakeholders management and communication skills.
  • Experience in Logistics, E-commerce, 3PL, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Management Consulting is highly preferred.
