Senior Litigation Associate

-Minimum 7 years of experience in litigation or a related legal practice.

-Strong knowledge and experience on general / civil litigation procedures, court rules, and relevant laws and regulations.

-Proven experience in handling litigation matters [Such as General litigation matters ; Civil litigation and Dispute Resolution] independently from commencement through trial, settlement, and appeal (where applicable).

-Can independent to handle hearing, trial up to high court, court of appeal, etc

-Excellent advocacy, legal drafting, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

-Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to meet court deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
