Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS, generators, fire protection, and other critical infrastructure.
- Lead planning, execution, and documentation of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Provide expert troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and technical support to ensure optimal system reliability and uptime.
- Supervise contractors, service providers, and internal teams during maintenance works, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and operational SOPs.
- Review technical reports, system performance data, and maintenance logs to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior M&E engineers, promoting best practices and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 58 years of relevant experience in M&E operations, facility management, or data center environments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, especially HVAC, UPS, power distribution, and generator operations.
- Proven experience managing vendors, service teams, and maintenance projects.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a mission-critical environment
