️ Your Engineering & Architecture Mission:

• Core Mainframe Engineering: Architect, write, and maintain high-performance, resilient application logic using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS, and VSAM.
• System Integration Architecture: Design and deploy robust pathways integrating heavy core mainframe assets with modern internal services and external partner systems.
• Performance Tuning & Optimization: Audit and refactor heavy batch workloads, data access routines, and online transactions to optimize processing time and reduce mainframe computing resource overhead.
• Production Problem Solving: Act as a high-tier escalation point to rapidly diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production runtime errors and batch processing bottlenecks.
• Stakeholder Orchestration: Serve as a clear, authoritative technical communicator connecting development squads, executive stakeholders, and third-party infrastructure vendors.
