Senior Manager, Agency Operations Support (Non-Motor)

Job Summary:

Responsible in being the central point for referrals, review, making decision within authority limit and handling day to day underwriting referrals for the respective section.

Job Description:

• Responsible in supporting Non-Motor portfolio management.
• Responsible to support Non-Motor portfolio profitability to achieve overall targeted profit.
• Balance portfolios mix that optimizes longer term performance and returns.
• Review of process to ensure the most effective and efficient delivery of products, pricing and underwriting.
• Ensure seamless and fast knowledge transfers and sharing.
• Participate in developing new processes across Underwriting and the organization.
• Work with portfolio team and other stakeholder on simplification of process flow.
• Participate in underwriting projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Insurance / Business Admin / Finance or equivalent
• Minimum working experience of 7 - 8 years in the same field.
• Experience and strong knowledge of Non-Motor product class.
• Experience in Non-Motor underwriting.
• Worked in General Insurance industry.
