JOB SUMMARY
The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) is seeking qualified, motivated, and high-calibre candidates for the position of Senior Manager. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive complex operations, influence key stakeholders, and champion continuous improvement to deliver high-impact, compliant, and customer-centric outcomes
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end operations, ensuring high accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and consistent achievement of service level standards (SLA / Janji Kami).
- Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and influencing, with the ability to develop and execute structured engagement plans, build trusted relationships, and drive alignment across branches and departments.
- Lead the development and execution of stakeholder engagement plans, fostering strong collaboration, driving alignment across stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication to achieve operational goals and enhance service delivery outcomes
- Demonstrated capability in managing complex cases and governance processes, including preparation and presentation of cases at senior-level committees (e.g., Appeals Committee / JKR).
- Experienced in driving process improvement and leading operational projects, with a continuous improvement mindset to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive, high-risk, or exceptional cases with sound judgment.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with experience guiding teams, building capabilities, and strengthening operational competencies across stakeholders.
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate policies and guidelines into practical implementation, and deliver clear, confident advisory support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizen
- Pass in Bahasa Melayu, including oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or an equivalent field recognized by the Government from an accredited higher learning institution.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2, Design Thinking) are an added advantage.
- Minimum 13 - 16 years of relevant working experience in processing and process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in large organisations or regulated industries is preferred.
- Experience in financial services or public sector organisations is an advantage.
