The incumbent will lead the development and execution of integrated branding campaigns that bring MR DIY's values and promise to life. From festive campaigns that spark nationwide engagement to cross-market initiatives that reinforce our global identity, the incumbent will set the standard for brand storytelling, creative excellence, and consumer connection.

We're seeking a seasoned professional with proven experience driving large-scale brand campaigns, a strong grasp of global vs. local market dynamics, and a flair for turning insights into innovative brand strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated branding campaigns, while leading the creation of compelling creative assets, brand storytelling, and cross-channel campaign content.
  • Lead the creation of festive campaigns to drive relevance and engagement.
  • Establish consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all markets.
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams to adapt campaigns to local market needs while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to guide brand strategies.
  • Benchmark against competitors and industry best practices to keep MR.DIY's brand positioning strong.
  • Oversee the development of creative assets, storytelling, and campaign content across channels.
  • Craft compelling brand narratives that highlight MR.DIY's values, positioning, and promise.
  • Ensure brand tone of voice and messaging are consistent across internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding campaigns are seamlessly integrated across all touchpoints.
  • Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness of branding campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and brand activities.
  • Drive innovation in branding approaches, including experiential marketing.
  • Support the development of MR.DIY sub-brands or new brand initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related field.
  • More than 10 years of experience in branding, marketing communications, or related roles, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Solid project management abilities with the capability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale brand campaigns, including festive and thematic activations.
  • Strong understanding of global vs. local branding dynamics and experience working across multiple markets.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and creative briefing skills.
  • Experience crafting award-winning case studies, reports, or submissions.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to optimize brand performance.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Experience managing external agencies, creative vendors, and production partners.
