Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the Bumiputera Segment Growth Strategy, covering acquisition, activation, retention, and long-term brand relevance across key TNG eWallet products and services.
- Identify, initiate, and manage strategic partnerships with Bumiputera-focused organizations such as government agencies/ministries, GLCs, cooperatives (Koperasi), foundations, NGOs, and community bodies.
- Drive segment-specific marketing and outreach programs, including community engagement, religious-based initiatives, events, and digital campaigns tailored for Bumiputera audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Commercial, UED, Compliance, CSR, Mobility, Financial Services) to ensure the segment's needs and insights are embedded into product design and go-to-market plans.
- Analyze market data and user behavior to identify opportunities, pain points, and segment gaps; translate findings into actionable business plans to grow GMV and revenue contribution.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for Bumiputera segment performance, including user growth, product penetration, transaction uplift, and partnership outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional execution for Bumiputera-centric campaigns, ensuring proper planning, budgeting, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Represent TNG eWallet in Bumiputera ecosystem engagements, strengthening relationships, building trust, and positioning the company as a supportive partner in advancing community digitalization and financial inclusion.
- Responsible for other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as specified by the Head of Division/Department.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Communications or equivalent.
- Master's Degree (MBA or relevant field) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years in marketing/product/brand management experience in finance, fintech or e-commerce/ transport/ mobility.
- Preferably manager/senior manager specialized in Toll/Transit/Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian consumer landscape, especially Bumiputera market dynamics. Digital payments, fintech ecosystem, and financial inclusion initiatives. Government agencies, GLC structures, Bumiputera-focused programs, Islamic-related initiatives, and community organizations.
- Strong networking capabilities within Bumiputera institutions, communities, and business associations.
- Able to influence internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong project management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently run end-to-end programs with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to craft narratives and engagement strategies suitable for government, community, and mass-market audiences.
- High integrity, culturally sensitive, and trustworthy.
- Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness.
- Passion for driving inclusion, community upliftment, and digital adoption.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
