Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and regional market expansion.
Engage estate owners, plantation groups, and agricultural companies to promote mechanisation solutions.
Present business models, cost-benefit analyses, and operational advantages to potential customers.
Support the rollout of new mechanisation products, services, and solutions tailored to plantation needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners across Malaysia and Indonesia.
Engage customers to understand operational challenges and propose suitable mechanisation solutions.
Lead negotiations and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the mechanisation team to achieve performance targets.
Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure effective execution of projects and customer deliverables.
Support operational execution related to servicing, maintenance, repair, and deployment of mechanised equipment.
Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Degree, or Diploma in Agricultural Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plantation Management, Sales & Marketing, or related disciplines.
Minimum 12 years of experience in oil palm estate operations, particularly involving harvesting machinery and downstream mechanisation processes.
Proven senior leadership experience, preferably in agricultural mechanisation, plantation operations, or related sectors.
Strong hands-on experience managing mechanisation projects within plantation or agricultural environments.
In-depth knowledge of agricultural machinery such as tractors, harvesters, motorised tools, and workshop management.
Strong business acumen with the ability to forecast market trends and develop sustainable growth strategies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement capabilities.
