Responsible for leading and managing commercial development projects from inception to completion, ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and oversight of all commercial aspects of project execution.
Job Description
- Project Planning & Delivery (Lead and execute project planning in line with the upgrading masterplan. Ability to leverage/ blend internal stakeholder expertise input (CFB, PD, Procurement, CFP) to ensure smooth/ robust implementation.
- Commercial & Cost ManagementAcumen (To meet shareholders expectations on commercial viability (IRR), drive construction and procurement cost management effectively).
- Design & Technical Leadership (Provide leadership and oversight on design, technical matters with appointed consultants, contractors, and internal teams).
- Regulatory & Authority Management (Strong understanding of regulatory and B2B processes, including liaison and management of authorities such as LLM, KKR, TNB, IWK, and Local Councils)
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management (Build and maintain strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders)
Background / Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or related fields.
- Professional certifications (PMP, Ar, Ir.etc) are an advantage
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning, coordination or project management
