Reporting & Analytics
- Lead the Reporting Team to deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports to Management on operational efficiency and productivity for the retail segment.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights in all reporting deliverables.
Data Management & Quality Assurance
- Oversee the Data Maintenance Team in conducting data cleansing exercises efficiently and within agreed timelines.
- Perform root-cause analysis on data quality issues, develop action plans, and track remediation progress.
- Safeguard data integrity in line with established policies, standards, processes, and procedures.
Customer Information File (CIF) & Submission Oversight
- Manage data submission activities and the CIF unit, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and enforce turnaround times (TAT) set by Management.
Operational & Credit Processing Support
- Support staff financing application processes, including creation of facility details and exercising approving authority (on behalf of HRD).
- Act as approving authority for Consumer Banking product applications (e.g., PFI, Property Financing).
Risk & Compliance Governance
- Represent CCED as the DCORO, assisting in the implementation of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Framework led by Operational Risk Management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management practices.
Training & Stakeholder Support
- Educate and train Data Users on proper data practices.
- Provide end-user support and facilitate data views to enhance analysis and reporting.
System & Process Enhancement
- Participate in system enhancement and digitalization initiatives (e.g., WAPS, FOS, CTOS ID Guard).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency, automation, and data integrity.
