Description
- Lead Feasibility & Strategic Assessments - Drive evaluations of investment, M&A, JV, and partnership opportunities, including feasibility studies and strategic reviews.
- Manage Valuation Processes - Oversee valuations of target companies using appropriate methodologies, supported by financial models and projections.
- Develop M&A Structuring & Financial Models - Prepare pre- and post-deal models covering cash flows, P&L, and balance sheets for merger and acquisition transactions.
- Conduct Preliminary Due Diligence - Perform initial due diligence, valuations, and assess financial impacts on Inari Group accounts.
- Support Corporate Exercises & Negotiations - Assist GCFO in structuring deals and negotiating key terms to safeguard Inari's interests.
- Prepare Documentation & Ensure Compliance - Create accurate corporate exercise documents (presentations, board papers, legal filings, Bursa announcements) and monitor regulatory adherence.
- Oversee Post-Deal Integration & Ad-Hoc Projects - Manage post-M&A entity setup, system integration, CP implementation, and handle special projects as required.
Profile
A Successful Senior Manager Corporate Finance Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices.
- Proven ability to lead and manage financial teams effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
