The Senior Manager – Strategic Investment is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic investment opportunities that align with the Company's long-term growth objectives. This role provides strategic insights, conducts investment analysis, supports deal execution, and manages post-investment performance to maximise value creation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare investment papers, business plans, board papers, presentations, and performance updates for existing and potential investments.
- Conduct financial modelling and financial analysis to assess investment returns and corporate developments.
- Monitor investee companies performance, funding, payments, and development milestones, providing regular updates to management.
- Support identification and evaluation of new investment and acquisition opportunities.
- Provide financial and operational support to investee companies, including cost monitoring, funding coordination, and tax-related processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, corporate finance, legal, tax, secretarial) to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient investment structures.
- Coordinate cross-functional and intercompany initiatives aligned with Group objectives.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, bankers, advisors, and industry experts.
- Monitor and manage post‑investment performance and portfolio KPIs
Who we are looking for : -
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA/CPA an advantage).
- Experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or portfolio management.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of regulatory and cross-border investment considerations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
