Job Purpose
To support and manage corporate exercises by preparing key submission and marketing documents, conducting relevant research, assisting in deal structuring, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisers to ensure timely and high-quality execution of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review submission documents, circulars, prospectuses, and marketing presentations in support of corporate exercises.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis relevant to capital market transactions and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in structuring schemes and developing proposal frameworks in collaboration with the Manager, Vice President, and Senior Vice President.
- Project manage corporate exercises by coordinating with internal teams and external advisers and reviewing deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:-
- Recognised professional qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Economics, Accounting, Commerce, Business, Law, or equivalent.
Professional Memberships / Certifications
- Membership in at least one recognised professional body, including but not limited to:
- Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA)
- Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA)
- Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)
- Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
- Other equivalent professional qualifications or memberships
Work Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including audit and legal, preferably within a professional services firm or financial institution.
