As Senior Manager / Director for OT Security, you will be looking after:
- Develop and implement comprehensive OT security strategies and frameworks.
- Lead assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend security improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Oversee incident response strategies and ensure swift resolution of security threats.
- Provide expert guidance on security policies, processes, and technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in OT security.
- Business development and client engagement across different industries.
The Successful Applicant
You Will Need To Have Experiences In
- Proven expertise in operational technology security and risk management.
- Experience in developing and implementing security frameworks and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying risks.
- The ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in cybersecurity.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experiences from consulting line / business development / client engagement line is highly preferred.
