Senior Manager Enterprise Operations Intelligence

1.Responsible for leading and coordinating enterprise monitoring platforms, including BMC ITOM and Dynatrace.

2. Oversees real-time alert monitoring, event correlation, and incident escalation to ensure rapid detection and resolution of infrastructure and application issues.

3. Ensures continuous infrastructure health and service availability monitoring across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

4. Manages and aligns Operations Command Center (OCC) and System Monitoring teams, ensuring effective 24x7 coverage and adherence to operational SLAs.

5. Drives timely response, root cause identification, and escalation management in collaboration with IT operations and application support teams.

6. Leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance monitoring effectiveness, reduce alert noise, and improve MTTR.

7. Supports strategic IT initiatives, including onboarding of new applications and infrastructure into the monitoring ecosystem.

8. Ensures seamless integration of monitoring tools with ITSM platforms for automated incident creation, tracking, and reporting.

9. Provides governance, reporting, and performance metrics related to monitoring operations and service reliability.

BMC ITOM

1. Continuously monitors infrastructure components (servers, networks, clouds, etc.) and applications for performance metrics.

2. Uses machine learning to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues before they impact services.

3. Correlates events and metrics to reduce noise and highlight true operational issues.

4. Provides service dependency mapping and topology visualizations that help teams isolate root causes quickly

5. Offers real-time dashboards and insights across infrastructure and applications.

6. Can integrate with tools like TrueSight Operations Management and cloud monitoring sources for broader visibility and incident creation.

7. Works with BMC Helix ITSM for streamlined incident management workflows.

8. Supports automated responses, remediation actions, and capacity optimization based on monitored trends.

Dynatrace

1. Assess current infrastructure, application landscape, and observability gaps

2. Identify key services, applications, and business priorities to be monitored

3. Define performance KPIs and monitoring objectives

4. Enable full-stack monitoring (infrastructure, applications, middleware, logs)

5. Configure log ingestion, parsing, and retention policies

6. Set up custom metrics and dashboards for performance KPIs

7. Enable log analytics for troubleshooting and trend analysis

8. Build executive reports (SLA, performance trends, availability)

Qualifications & Skills (including mandated licenses where applicable)

1. Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, BMC ITOM , Dynatrace

2. Masters or Bachelors degree in IT related or equivalent.

3. ITIL Certification or any related certification will be an added advantage.

4. Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices.

5. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

7. Skilled at influencing and collaborating across all organizational levels, including executive leadership.

8. Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.

9. Known for strategic thinking, proactive risk management, and continuous process improvement.
