Senior Manager, Enterprise
Job Purpose
The Senior Manager, Enterprise is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency within the enterprise segment. This role focuses on expanding market presence, improving profitability, and supporting the development of innovative telecommunications solutions.
This position reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets within the enterprise segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including fibre connectivity, bandwidth services, and related solutions.
- Execute effective sales and pricing strategies to optimise revenue and profitability.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and deliver targeted campaigns for enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention levels.
- Engage regularly with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee daily operations of the enterprise function to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
- Improve internal processes and workflows to enhance overall operational performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop the enterprise sales team to drive high performance.
- Set clear performance targets and monitor progress to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage contract negotiations and commercial agreements to secure favourable outcomes.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports for business planning and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, network, and customer support to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management within telecommunications or a related industry, including leadership experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of enterprise solutions and B2B sales strategies.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing key client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of industry practices, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
