Job Description
- Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis.
- Ensure effective internal controls and risk management processes are in place.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
The Successful Applicant
- A recognised degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
