Description
- Manage and oversee the commercial and corporate development of the Group's infrastructure projects, including financial proposals, contract negotiations, corporate structuring, and cash flow control.
- Ensure timely month-end financial closing to provide accurate and prompt financial reporting for performance measurement.
- Oversee the preparation, accuracy, and compliance of all required quarterly reporting to uphold strong corporate governance.
- Prepare and submit quarterly BOD/AC papers and annual audited financial statements.
- Maintain close liaison with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and other external requirements.
- Supervise the Group Finance and subsidiary teams, providing guidance and problem-solving support to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business analysis, including cost, margin, and profitability assessments.
- Review monthly budgets against actual spending and highlight deviations for timely corrective actions.
- Review, update, and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and Finance SOPs, and undertake additional projects assigned by superiors.
Profile
- A strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in consolidation within the manufacturing sector.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present financial insights.
