JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Projects will support the Group Accounting &

Tax Director in overseeing day-to-day finance operations while driving key transformation

initiatives across the group. This role is responsible for financial reporting support,

system migration, vendor sourcing, and process improvement projects to ensure

efficiency, compliance, and readiness for the company's future growth and strategic

objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Operations, Projects & Transformation

Support group-wide financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance activities.

Ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness in line with local and international

accounting standards.

Lead finance transformation projects, including ERP/system migration,

automation, and process improvements.

Collaborate with IT, HR, Procurement, and Operations to align and streamline

group-wide processes.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Provide guidance and support to finance team members to strengthen execution

and project delivery.

Act as a project liaison across departments to ensure smooth adoption of new

systems and processes.

Support the Group Accounting & Tax Director in preparing materials for

management and board-level reporting.

Encourage a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

within the finance function.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CA

qualification preferred.

Minimum 1215 years of finance experience, experience with cross border

accounting exposure preferred

Proven experience in finance operations, ERP/system migration, and process

transformation projects.

Strong understanding of accounting standards, compliance, and reporting

requirements.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional

initiatives.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the

organization.

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
