Senior Manager – Financial Reporting

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Financial Reporting to lead financial reporting, governance and business partnering across a diversified property and investment portfolio.

In this role, you will take ownership of financial reporting and oversight across multiple entities, including management accounts, statutory reporting and Board-level deliverables. You will ensure compliance with MFRS, MPERS and regulatory requirements, while also driving budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, tax and audit processes.

Beyond reporting, you will work closely with business stakeholders to support financial analysis, due diligence and investment decision-making. You will also provide insights on operational and tenancy-related matters, while proactively identifying financial risks and supporting key strategic initiatives across the portfolio.

This role offers broad exposure across a multi-entity environment, with opportunities to contribute beyond reporting into business partnering, investment evaluation and portfolio-level decision-making.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent) with Big 4 audit background
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (MFRS/MPERS) and Malaysian regulatory requirements
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and audit
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in property or investment-related environments is an advantage
