We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our high-performing team and play a critical role in strengthening financial governance, reporting excellence, and strategic decision support.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Financial Reporting is responsible for overseeing end-to-end record to report operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting. This role provides leadership to the finance team, supports Investor Relations activities, and acts as a Finance Business Partner to one subsidiary.

Key Responsibilities

Record to Report & Financial Governance

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Record-to-Report processes, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.
  • Oversee preparation of management reports and financial statements in accordance with FRS and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, legal, and internal control requirements.
  • Maintain strong governance over asset management, inventory controls, and balance sheet integrity.
  • Manage cash flow, credit control, treasury activities, and fund placements.

Systems & Process Excellence

  • Take a lead role in ensuring effective utilisation, accuracy, and integrity of the ERP system and financial reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.

People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop managers and team members to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and build a strong succession pipeline within the R2R team.

Investor Relations

  • Leading Investor Relations activities by preparing financial analyses, reporting packs, and presentation materials for investors and analysts.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information disclosed to external stakeholders.

Finance Business Partnering (Subsidiary)

  • Act as Finance Business Partner to one subsidiary, providing financial insights, performance tracking, and cost optimization support.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to drive financial discipline and sustainable growth.

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment with fast-moving products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of FRS, costing methodologies, and financial controls.
  • Hands-on experience with integrated, real-time ERP systems.
  • Proven leadership capability with strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
