Senior Manager Financial Reporting

This role will lead the Group's consolidation & statutory reporting and management reporting, delivering timely and accurate financial reports and ensuring operational effectiveness.

Specific Responsibilities:

* Group Consolidation & Statutory Reporting

• Oversee timely and accurate monthly group consolidation in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Manage preparation of group financial statement and statutory filing across jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and coordinate & manage the annual audit process.
• Keep abreast of changes in financial reporting standards and assess their impact on the Group.

* Group Management Reporting

• Lead the preparation of various management reports, including Board papers and analysis, with meaningful business insights and commentary.
• Collaborate with business units to understand performance drivers and communicate key findings to stakeholders.
• Drive improvement in reporting processes and KPI tracking.

* Support Financial Controller in finance transformation and modernization initiatives.

Requirements :

1. Proven record of effective leadership skills, with the ability to manage, inspire and develop cross-functional teams.
2. Strong technical knowledge of MFRS/IFRS, group consolidation principles and statutory reporting.
3. High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and compliance.
4. Hands-on experience in working with SAP or Oracle ERP systems and strong excel/data analytics skills.
5. Demonstrate business acumen and ability to translate financial data into insights.
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
8. Self-driven and proactive, with the confidence to work independently.
9. Mandatory - Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent).
10. Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, multi-entity consolidation, 2 to 3 years in managerial capacity and at least one Big 4 audit firm experience.
