Joint Ventures & Stakeholder Management
Establish and manage joint venture partnerships with strategic stakeholders, developers, and financial institutions
JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
Degree in any related field
Minimum 5-10 years experience in the real estate or finance industry
Good exposure in defining the fund's investment objectives and strategy, Identifying target investors and markets and structuring the fund's framework and governance
