Job Description – Head / Senior Manager – Information Technology

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead and manage our IT operations and applications.

Experience Required: 10–15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, security systems)

• Ensure smooth functioning of ERP systems and business applications

• Lead IT team and coordinate with internal departments

• Manage system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery

• Monitor IT performance and implement best practices

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure & Networking

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

• Good leadership and team management skills

• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach

• Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance

Preferred:

• Experience in handling enterprise-level IT operations

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
