Your Mission
- Responsible for the IT strategic plan for the IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, to ensure the business goals and objectives are meet through the optimum utilization of IT resources and new technology.
- Uses existing and evolving technology standards to improve the It IT Infrastructure performance & efficiency with effective IT security and audit controls.
- Assesses new technology potential to gain a competitive advantage of business. Identifies potential risks and benefits of emerging technologies to assists with risk management.
- Lead IT projects and initiatives.
- Gathers/refines business requirements, recommends or makes decisions on business requirement/interdependencies.
- Manage and accountable for the IT services deliverables by the infra and cybersecurity teams.
- Responsible for the preparation of management updates; covering SDP Board, Committees, or other managements meetings.
- Responsible in documenting SOPP on processes relating to application development, Change Request, Infra/Cybersecurity security and control, Application disaster recovery etc.
- Ensure the compliance of all audit control.
- Ensuring the management and tracking of SDP IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity budgets and cost across the Group.
- Manage 3rd Party vendors.
- Engagement with stakeholders on understanding business requirement.
Ideal Profile
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Management Information system or any related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in IT Infrastructure and project management activities and 5-10 years in a management capacity.
- Experience interacting with various level of Users, Management Team and Consultants.
- Technical: General IT infrastructure design, Cybersecurity technologies and concepts, IT Project Management methodology, General understanding of network, hardware infrastructure
- Leadership: Visionary Thinking, Driving Change and Innovation, Entrepreneurial and Business Decision Making, Influencing and Anticipating Stakeholders Needs, Working Collaboratively, Driving Execution and Performance, Leveraging Talent, Self Mastery
