Job Brief
We are seeking a strategic, results driven Senior Manager to lead our digital lending portfolio. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can translate business vision into actionable strategies with the ability to conceptualizing innovative digital lending solutions to driving adoption, optimizing performance, and scaling growth across our app ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end, development, and lifecycle management of digital lending products
- Champion a data-driven decision-making culture, using analytics to drive lending performance, risk insights, and portfolio growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and user reach.
- Key liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional squads i.e. Product, Tech, UI/UX, Risk, Operations, and Marketing to deliver best-in-class digital lending experiences
- Oversee product implementation planning, testing, and delivery, ensuring solutions meet user needs, compliance requirements, and business KPIs.
- Continuously refine products through user feedback loops, data insights, and market benchmarking.
- Drive product adoption and portfolio growth using customer journey analytics and personalized engagement strategies.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives to acquire, retain, cross-sell, and up-sell users effectively.
- Monitor campaign and channel performance, identify performance gaps, and implement improvement strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7 9 years of experience in digital product management or lending products (personal loans, BNPL, micro-lending, etc.).
- Proven track record in digital product launches and lifecycle management within fintech, banking, or consumer finance.
- Capable of driving product innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital lending products, credit scoring, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High adaptability, analytical mindset, and customer-first orientation.
