Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible in monitoring, balancing, and prioritizing the manufacturing line in order to achieve Target Flow Factor, CLIP, CTS, and OTD
- Planning and prioritizing WIP to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Proactively engage stakeholders to manage production capacity to meet demand forecast and resolve supply risk issues
- Drive production capacity optimization and ensure on time availability of relevant production capacity to meet demand using good planning systematic
- Identify opportunities and drive process improvement and digitalization
- Ensure good governance to planning processes to ensure compliance
- Generate reports and deliver concise presentations to management
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of working experience in a related field
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are highly valued
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel is crucial
- Ability to analyze production statistics and forecast demand
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage tight production deadlines
