Establish and evolve Project Management Office (PMO) standards, frameworks, and governance models for digital product delivery, including reporting and escalation processes
Project monitoring to ensure project quality within time and scope
Guide and support execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives, acting as a senior escalation point for risks and dependencies
Develop and implement IT security strategic plans, policies and procedures to ensure the security of the Organization's IT infrastructure, systems and data
Oversee security operations, including monitoring, logging, and analysis of security events and incidents, and coordinating responses to security alerts and threats
Lead and manage a team of IT security professionals in daily security operations and project implementation, including training and mentoring
Support the Head of Digital Transformation research, innovation and analysis to enhance formulation of long range and annual strategies and business plans for use of digital automation in the organization
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
At least 6/8 years relevant experience in IT project management
Prior experience in a similar IT application support roles ie. ERP, financial solutions and project implementation is an advantage
Possess good analytical, structuring and problem solving skills - especially in identifying issues, root cause, resolutions and recommendation
Strong verbal and written communication skill
Excellent interpersonal relations skill and demonstrated ability to work effectively with others in a team
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to assess complex security issues and recommend effective solutions
