I. Human Resources Management
- Establish and optimize a sound recruitment system, integrate resources effectively to quickly build the talent pool required by the company and support subsequent talent recruitment and supplementation.
- Formulate and improve a localized HR policy system compliant with Malaysian laws and regulations, covering employee handbook, recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and performance appraisal.
- Be responsible for the design, implementation and daily management of the compensation and benefits system (including payroll calculation), as well as the establishment and operation of the employee performance management system.
- Foster positive employee relations, handle employee communication and labor relation issues, and drive employee training and development initiatives.
- Develop cooperative relationships with local universities, colleges and government agencies, explore recruitment channels (e.g., internship programs) and maintain sound partnerships.
II. Administration Management
- Take full responsibility for the operation and management of logistics services including facilities of non-production areas, employee dormitories, company vehicles and security.
- Lead the application and maintenance of various licenses and permits required for the company's operations in Malaysia (e.g., factory business license) to ensure full compliance of company operations.
- Provide comprehensive logistics support for expatriate staff dispatched from the China headquarters and affiliated factories, including visa processing, accommodation arrangement and other related affairs. Supervise the administrative team to guarantee the smooth operation of daily office administration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related fields is preferred.
- Possess 5-10 years of comprehensive experience in human resources and administration management within the manufacturing industry in Malaysia, with equivalent position experience in enterprises with a scale of over 300 employees.
- Proficient in Malaysian labor laws, social security policies, as well as various government regulations and administrative procedures.
- Excellent Mandarin communication skills (essential for communication with the headquarters), with fluent English and Malay for work purposes.
- Rich cooperative resources with local government agencies, recruitment channels and educational institutions.
- Candidates with experience in new factory establishment, team building from scratch or large-scale business expansion projects are highly preferred.
