Senior Manager - Pre Delivery Inspection

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all vehicle collection, delivery, and PDI activities.
• Ensure stock condition, periodic servicing, maintenance, and rectification are carried out effectively.
• Lead vehicle inspection, quality control, and campaign rectification programs.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department on delivery schedules and customisation requirements.
• Supervise and develop a PDI team of approximately 20 employees (technical, admin, and drivers).
• Manage overall stockyard operations, including documentation compliance and safety practices.
• Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and quality performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in PDI, vehicle assembly, or operations management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, delivery, and stockyard management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
