We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Manager, Digital Product Management to lead the development of our next-generation digital platforms. This leadership role drives the product strategy, vision, and execution to achieve market leadership, aggressive user growth, and high engagement. You will be instrumental in defining and delivering a digital-first experience for our youth-focused audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Vision: Define, champion, and translate the long-term product vision and strategic roadmap into actionable plans that align directly with Star Media Group's ambitious business goals.
- Execution & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Content teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of features and platforms using Agile methodologies.
- Market Leadership: Conduct deep market and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends, translating insights into data-backed product directions and strategic roadmaps.
- Monetization & Commercial Acumen: Develop robust business cases, financial models, and effective monetization strategies to ensure product profitability and sustainable growth.
- Go-to-Market (GTM): Oversee and lead impactful product launches, coordinating cross-functional GTM strategies with Marketing, Sales, and Editorial teams.
- Performance & Optimization: Own and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), lead data-driven optimization efforts for growth and engagement, and provide clear performance reporting to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in digital product management, with significant exposure to senior leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience developing products within the digital media, content, or consumer technology space.
- Proven expertise in delivering successful mobile-first products, with a strong understanding of the youth demographic.
- Deep proficiency in data fluency and analytics, including experience defining KPIs, analyzing user behavior, and utilizing standard analytics tools.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing).
- Direct experience launching or managing high-traffic web and native app products (iOS and Android) is preferred,
- Expertise in content consumption patterns and digital subscription/ad-tech monetization models is an added advantage.
