Job Description

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving sales performance, marketing strategies, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across the company's property development projects. The role will lead the planning and execution of integrated sales and marketing initiatives while ensuring achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and customer satisfaction objectives.

The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, sales teams, and business partners to develop effective go-to-market strategies and maximize project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Performance
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
  • Lead project launches, sales campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Drive sales conversion and optimize sales funnel effectiveness.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Review and enhance sales processes to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-development projects.
  • Oversee branding, advertising, digital marketing, public relations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all communication channels.
  • Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness through ROI analysis.
  • Work closely with creative agencies, media partners, and digital marketing vendors.

Market Research & Product Positioning

  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
  • Identify customer preferences, market demand, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Project, and Management teams to formulate product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations on project concepts, product mix, and market segmentation.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address key market feedback.
  • Enhance customer journey and post-sales engagement programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the property development industry.
  • Proven track record in launching and selling residential, commercial, or mixed-development projects.
  • Experience managing sizeable sales and marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysia property market dynamics and regulations.
  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required to support project launches, sales initiatives, business development activities, market research, stakeholder engagements, and company events.
