Work closely with contractors, technicians, and internal teams to oversee store fit-out processes, equipment installation, and outlet readiness, ensuring timely store openings and operational readiness.
Act as the primary liaison with external stakeholders, including landlords, mall management, contractors, and regulatory authorities for all site-related projects.
815 years of proven experience in Retail Business Development, Leasing, or Store Expansion roles.
Extensive experience managing multi-location portfolios and collaborating with large mall operators or property groups.
Demonstrated track record of successful lease negotiations with premium mall landlords and commercial property owners.
Direct experience working within a large retail organization, F&B chain, or convenience store headquarters is highly preferred.
Proven ability to develop and execute long-term expansion strategies, beyond reactive site acquisition.
Strong strategic and commercial mindset with deep understanding of retail economics and location performance.
Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills, capable of handling complex negotiations with senior-level stakeholders.
Highly results-driven and resilient, with the perseverance to manage long negotiation cycles and overcome challenges.
