About the Role

Delivery of change and service availability of the AIA ServiceNow platform for all AIA markets. Support and coordinate in the following areas:
. Solution Design
. POC
. Enhancements

• Set-up, configuration of the SNOW platform to ensure optimum performance along with Security compliance.
• Plan and implement product road map including upgrade and new products evaluation and implementation.
• Guide Developers and SRE teams to resolve issues and implement best practices for support and development.
• Expertise on ServiceNow architecture.
• Building/Reviewing/Maintaining technical design documents, Operation Manuals.
• Experienced in customization for Catalogue and all ITSM modules.
• Experienced with creating ITSM/ITOM Reporting dashboards.
• Code review and deployment process improvements and guidance, update sets creation. Change review and deployment.
• Design/Update/configure business rules and Foundation Data as per business requirements.
• Experience in defining IRE rules, Discovery Patterns and CMDB Classes
• Expert understanding of CSDM
• Expert understanding and experience of Service Map and Dependency Map

Collaborate with project teams for customization and configuration.
