Role
- The Senior Manager, Solution Orchestration is responsible for shaping, structuring and activating 5G enabled and AI driven solutions within the Enterprise Innovation Platform ecosystem.
- The role bridges technical feasibility and commercial viability, translating real industry problems into deployable PoCs, pilots and scalable solutions.
- Acts as the central orchestration point between technology partners, enterprises, innovators, government agencies and platform capabilities to drive measurable innovation outcomes.
- Ensures solutions progress from concept to validated use cases, with clear value articulation, delivery discipline and ecosystem alignment.
- Supports EIP's role as a neutral national platform accelerating enterprise innovation, while enabling downstream value creation for partners and adopters.
The Day-To-Day Activities
1. Solution Discovery, Pull and Shaping
- Proactively surface and curate real enterprise, industry and public-sector problem statements relevant to 5G and AI adoption
- Pull solution demand from ecosystem partners, enterprises, innovators and national initiatives into EIP
- Shape ambiguous problem statements into structured solution themes suitable for PoC execution
- Ensure solution opportunities are relevant, testable and aligned to EIP's neutral platform mandate
2. Integrated Solution Orchestration (Technical + Commercial)
- Orchestrate the stitching of partner technologies, testbed capabilities and solution components into coherent PoCs
- Guide high-level solution architecture, scope and success criteria without owning delivery execution
- Balance technical feasibility, commercial viability and ecosystem value in solution design
- Ensure solutions are designed for learning, validation and scalability rather than bespoke delivery
3. Proof-of-Concept Lifecycle Management
- Own the solution journey across ideation, PoC definition, validation and conclusion stages
- Define PoC objectives, validation metrics and decision checkpoints upfront
- Work closely with Testbed & Infra and Innovation Experience teams to ensure readiness for execution
- Drive iteration based on test results, user feedback and partner input
4. Partner, Innovator and Stakeholder Orchestration
- Act as the central orchestration point across technology partners, innovators, enterprises and agencies
- Align expectations, roles and contributions across multiple parties without hierarchical authority
- Facilitate solution workshops, design sessions and review checkpoints
- Maintain EIP's credibility as a neutral convener and solution integrator
5. Documentation, Knowledge and Commercial Readiness
- Ensure clear and consistent documentation covering solution intent, scope, architecture and outcomes
- Produce structured solution briefs, PoC summaries and learning artefacts for reuse
- Support transition of validated solutions towards commercial pathways where appropriate
- Contribute to EIP knowledge base, playbooks and solution patterns
About You
- Minimum Degree holder.
- 1012 years experience across solution development, innovation programmes, product, consulting or enterprise technology roles
- Proven experience shaping solutions across both technical and commercial dimensions
- Experience working in multi-party environments involving partners, vendors, innovators and customers
- Exposure to PoC, pilot or prototype-driven innovation models
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as 5G, cloud, AI, edge or digital platforms
- Strong solution thinking with ability to move from problem ambiguity to structured execution
- Ability to orchestrate across stakeholders without direct authority
- Balanced technical and business judgement in solution decision-making
- Strong facilitation and synthesis skills across diverse inputs
- High discipline in documentation, clarity and outcome tracking
- Strategic yet hands-on in shaping solutions
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage innovation
