Job Description

Job Purpose

The Senior Lead - Talent Management & Development is responsible for driving the talent management strategy and initiatives in alignment with the company's business goals. This role involves developing and implementing programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent management strategies to support the company's business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to identify talent needs and create development plans.
  • Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Oversee the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct talent assessments and provide coaching and development support to employees.
  • Monitor and analyse talent metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent management programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to talent management and development.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years working experience in talent management and development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of talent management best practices and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
