Job Description

JOB ROLE

The Senior Manager - Technology will lead the design, development, and execution of enterprise technology initiatives across innovative communication platforms, information technology systems, supply chain technology solutions, and web-based applications. This role requires strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and scalable technology solutions aligned with business goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Technology Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and execute the technology roadmap across communication systems, IT infrastructure, supply chain platforms, and web applications.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation aligned with business objectives.

Innovative Communication Technology

  • Oversee development and integration of modern communication platforms (cloud communications, collaboration tools, APIs, Focal Scope).
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance of communication technologies.
  • Partner with business teams to enhance customer and internal communication experiences.

Information Technology (IT)

  • Manage enterprise IT systems including applications, infrastructure, data platforms, and security.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize system availability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Supply Chain Technology

  • Lead implementation and enhancement of supply chain systems (Sabre, Powersuite cloud, Amadeus tools).
  • Enable real-time visibility, analytics, and automation across procurement, logistics, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions.

Web Development & Digital Platforms

  • Oversee design, development, and maintenance of web applications and digital platforms.
  • Ensure scalable architecture, high performance, and secure web solutions.
  • Drive best practices in UI/UX, APIs, cloud deployment, and DevOps.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technology teams.
  • Manage vendors, partners, and system integrators.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and business stakeholders.

Be involved in Travel and Company events, when necessary, i.e., MAS Travel Fair, MATTA Fair, exclusive Travel Talks, etc

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles.
  • Proven experience across communication technologies, IT systems, supply chain technology, and web development.
  • Strong background in enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and digital transformation.
  • Communication technologies (cloud communications, APIs, collaboration platforms).
  • Enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and governance.
  • Web development technologies (front-end, back-end, APIs, cloud, DevOps).
  • Data integration, analytics, and system architecture.
