Our Client is looking for a TPRM professional to be responsible for strengthening third-party risk governance, outsourcing oversight, supplier risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of the organisation's TPRM framework while working with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the organisation's Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework.
- Oversee third-party risk activities across the supplier lifecycle, including due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, outsourcing governance, and remediation tracking.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure business units comply with established governance standards, internal policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Monitor, report, and follow up on third-party risks, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues and remediation actions.
- Prepare management information (MI), dashboards, and reporting for senior management and governance committees.
- Review supplier materiality, outsourcing arrangements, and risk assessments using the organisation's TPRM platform.
- Drive continuous improvements to TPRM processes, governance frameworks, reporting, templates, and supporting tools.
- Support supplier governance initiatives, including sustainability and responsible sourcing assessments, supplier reviews, audits, and awareness programmes.
- Partner with regional stakeholders across Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and business functions to strengthen third-party governance and risk awareness.
- Participate in governance projects, system enhancements, process improvements, regulatory initiatives, and committee support activities.
Requirements- Experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Risk Management, Outsourcing Governance, Operational Risk, Procurement Governance, or a related risk and governance function.
- Strong understanding of third-party risk frameworks, supplier due diligence, outsourcing governance, and vendor lifecycle management.
- Experience working within a regulated environment and supporting governance or regulatory compliance activities is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience preparing management information, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and regional teams.
- Experience driving process improvements and working with TPRM or governance platforms is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
