Senior Manager, Warehouse & Logistics Operations

Role Summary:-
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Warehouse & Logistics Operations to lead end-to-end warehouse, shipping, logistics, import/export and Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) operations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, inventory integrity, regulatory compliance and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities:-

Operational Leadership
• Lead end-to-end warehouse, inbound, outbound, shipping and logistics operations to ensure service, quality and cost objectives are achieved.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfilment and distribution activities.
• Drive warehouse productivity, space optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure smooth coordination across Production, Planning, Procurement, Customer Service and Finance.

Shipping, Import / Export & Trade Compliance
• Manage import/export operations and shipping execution to ensure timely delivery and customs compliance.
• Oversee freight forwarding, transportation and logistics service providers.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with applicable customs and trade regulations.
• Monitor logistics cost, carrier performance and service levels.

LMW Governance & Compliance
• Lead and maintain Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) operational compliance and controls.
• Ensure inventory movements, reporting and documentation comply with regulatory requirements.
• Act as key liaison with internal stakeholders, customs authorities and external partners where required.

People & Performance Management
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse and logistics teams to deliver operational KPIs.
• Establish performance metrics and drive accountability across the function.
• Build succession pipeline and strengthen team capability.
Continuous Improvement
• Drive process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives across warehouse and logistics functions.
• Champion Lean, Kaizen, automation or operational excellence initiatives.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to improve business continuity.

Job Requirements: 
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping and supply chain operations with at least 5 years in leadership capacity.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations within manufacturing and/or LMW environment.
• Strong understanding of import/export, customs processes and trade compliance.
• Experience managing 3PL, freight forwarders and external service providers.
• Exposure to ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE or equivalent).
• Strong stakeholder management, people leadership and change management capability.
• Experience in electronics, industrial manufacturing, EMS or export-oriented environment will be preferred.
